Will I be able to make this pond? - small pond with deck
I stretch my porch and I want a koi pond built into it. I have a (main) pool on the deck with a waterfall flowing built in a semicircle (garden / small fish) on the ground pond. How do I do that? What equipment do I need? etc.

You better a large pond, on the bottom and small top. Use two separate pumps and make each pond. Try to take water from a decline in the other is almost impossible. No one can make a difference.
