Your business needs a license to legally use Microsoft clip art, no matter what you sell - as the company where I work.
Clipart is not hard to do, it is likely that an employee is already similar things at home for a hobby. It's always good to use your own graphics. Clipart tends to be widely accepted and seen as presumptuous.
Choose what I think is appropriate and whether the officials are good, or pay a graphic designer.
