Commercial Office Rental Can I Deduct Rental Property Expenses In My Personal Return If The Property I Own Is Commercial?

Can I deduct Rental Property Expenses in my personal return if the property I own is Commercial? - commercial office rental

I own a commercial office suite, which I rent.
If the expenses such as mortgage interest, taxes, insurance, repairs, deductible on my personal statement, as in the case of a residential rental-property?

I find no reference to decuting cost of renting a commercial property in personal income, anywhere on the website of the IRS.

Yes, and the profit and loss account.

Yes, but you should contact the IRS by telephone and verify and confirm the necessary forms you need. Also check with a tax professional.
